Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Manager – Quality Check to lead our Quality Check function. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of candidate quality, managing the QC team, implementing quality frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall candidate journey and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a proven background in quality control processes, and the ability to drive efficiency and accuracy within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Check team, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and adherence to
defined processes.
Oversee the end-to-end quality check process for all candidates enrolled by the Sales team.
Establish and implement quality control standards, checklists, and audit mechanisms.
Review and verify candidate documents before interview scheduling.
Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of interviews across multiple stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of candidate records and databases.
Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, and Recruitment teams to streamline processes and resolve
bottlenecks.
Enhance and tailor candidate resumes as per specific client requirements.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Monitor team KPIs and quality metrics, and prepare periodic performance reports.
Handle escalations from internal or external stakeholders related to candidate quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations within the QC function.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years in quality check or similar role.
Skills:
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or CRM systems. Salesforce will
be a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
