Designation: Manager – International Recruitment
Core Objective of the role: This is a senior position responsible for maximizing the potential of International recruitments, and in crafting , and executing recruitment plans. The candidate will be working closely with the leadership team to shape international recruitment function for overseas candidates of the company. The person shall be responsible for overseeing and training the recruitment team and will also be responsible for lead generation and building a strong pipeline of prospects for all Magic Billion’s overseas offerings.

Job Role
We're looking for an aggressive & passionate recruitment professional with demonstrated capability in team management & driving outcomes who has good understanding of all stages of the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Set and ensure smooth workflow of all recruitment processes including managing daily activities of team & preparing reports. You will also be responsible to analyze, forecast and support other sales activities.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing team to design and plan campaigns on regular basis for lead generation and awareness.
• Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for recruitment.
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our recruitment and support
processes.
• Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators. Managing technical tools and
platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms)
• Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and
competition to the marketing and product team and the rest of organization
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 8+ years of prior Recruitment experience, leadership experience (ideal
candidate will have the following experience - Inside sales +International Recruitment + Student
Admissions+ EdTech Sales)
• Self-starter, hustler & gets a kick by chasing aggressive targets, fuel growth by coaching and
grooming your team - this is the job for you.
• Have demonstrated ability to lead and manage TA operations.
• Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge or any background in International Recruitment will be a great advantage.
• Detail oriented - focus on diligence, time management and quality of work.
