Job Summary/Objective: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to ensure product listings, vendor onboarding, and customer deliveries meet the quality standards of our multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace. You will play a key role in maintaining product accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction through regular audits and process improvement. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts for web applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and define quality standards. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across different browsers and devices. Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Postman . Conduct API testing and performance testing as needed. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp . Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Provide input on QA best practices and help improve test processes and coverage . Work closely with developers for bug resolution and verification . Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in QA (manual + automation) testing, preferably in SaaS products. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies . Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports . Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress). Good knowledge of API testing using Postman , Swagger, or REST-assured. Basic understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Familiarity with version control (Git) and test management tools . Excellent communication , problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
