This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in international B2B sales, key account management, and strategic business growth . Key Responsiblities Identify and develop new customers in India and Asian markets , focusing on Pharma, Food, and Nutraceutical companies. Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotes, coordinate samples, and track customer feedback. Research market trends, pricing, and competition to identify business opportunities. Participate in industry exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities. Meet monthly and quarterly sales, inquiry, and collection targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field . 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati a plus). Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools . Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vadodara . Positive attitude, self-driven, and motivated to grow within the organization. Location On-site at Canberra Chemicals Private Limited, Kotambi, Vadodara . Transportation will be provided from Vadodara in a shared company vehicle.
