Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Software Engineer to join our development team. As a QA Software Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and address software issues early in the development lifecycle and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute test cases and test plans based on product requirements and functional specifications.
• Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved before release.
• Design and implement automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools, optimizing test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers to improve code quality and testability, participating in code reviews and pair testing when necessary.
• Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and performance testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop) as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices, staying current with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
• Work with product and engineering teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Analyze test results, provide feedback, and communicate findings to stakeholders, including creating detailed reports and metrics on QA activities and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) to develop automated test cases.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI for test automation integration.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in eSIM industry.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certifications.
