Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview: As a Trainee Test Engineer at QualityKiosk Technologies Private Limited, located in Navi Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to monitor the performance and availability of web and mobile applications for clients. You will need to provide feedback to the development team on areas that need improvement to ensure top-quality software programs that meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring SLA and Highlight if any SLA Miss: You will be required to monitor the availability of web and mobile applications, reporting any issues or SLA misses to relevant stakeholders. - Tracking and Reporting Defects: Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) tests and inspections to identify defects or errors. - Collaboration: Creating and implementing quality control procedures and standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues, and developing documentation for QA processes. - Support Function: Providing training and support to team members to improve overall quality performance, staying updated with industry best practices, and supporting applications in various domains. - Interaction with stakeholders: Communicating proactively and promptly with internal stakeholders to resolve queries quickly and accurately. - Multitasking: Job requires multitasking with good analytical and logical reasoning skills, as well as smart and quick thinking. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools. - Familiarity: Being familiar with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the industry. Qualification Required: - Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/BSc/MSc in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecom (Except Mechanical). - Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience. - Soft Skills: Effective communication skills, confidence, analytical and logical reasoning skills, smart thinking, flexibility with rotational shifts and week offs, willingness to travel within Mumbai, and openness to relocation near Navi Mumbai for outstation candidates. Additional Details: - This role is an individual contributor providing inputs for further decision-making processes. - You will be responsible for highlighting challenges faced in monitoring applications, analyzing data, generating reports on quality metrics, and conducting root cause analysis for quality problems.,
