Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Operations team. Primary Responsibilities: Order Management Support: Assist in processing and tracking client orders from initiation to fulfilment. Data & Reporting: Compile operational data and assist in preparing reports for internal use. Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking key metrics. Support data quality checks and validations. Back-Office Coordination: Help coordinate with vendors and service providers for trade settlements and reconciliations. Ensure accurate documentation and filing of back-office records. Assist with compliance-related data gathering and report submissions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or project work acceptable). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
