Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will support key operational functions, including order management, client servicing, application monitoring, and back-office coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced FinTech environment. Primary Responsibilities: Order Management Support: Assist in processing and tracking client orders from initiation to fulfilment. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain and update order records and documentation. Client Onboarding & Support: Support onboarding processes by collecting and verifying client documentation. Respond to basic client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Maintain client data in CRM systems and ensure information accuracy. Application Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the performance of internal applications. Log and track application issues, coordinating with the tech team for resolution. Conduct user testing for minor updates and provide feedback. Data & Reporting: Compile operational data and assist in preparing reports for internal use. Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking key metrics. Support data quality checks and validations. Back-Office Coordination: Help coordinate with vendors and service providers for trade settlements and reconciliations. Ensure accurate documentation and filing of back-office records. Assist with compliance-related data gathering and report submissions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or project work acceptable). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment. Preferred Skills: Exposure to financial markets or FinTech through internships or coursework. Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems. Basic understanding of investment products and trade lifecycle. Show more Show less
