Job Description

As an Operations Analyst at StockWiz Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting the sales and customer-facing teams, and maintaining the accuracy of data and reporting systems. Your role will focus on efficient office management, CRM maintenance, vendor coordination, and enabling sales processes through structured follow-ups and retargeting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration work.
• Update and monitor CRM systems with accurate data for sales tracking and lead conversion.
• Ensure systematic operational and sales databases for retargeting potential customers.
• Support Sales/Admin teams in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities with daily monitoring.
• Retarget potential leads through WhatsApp and Email campaigns.
• Assist in handling inbound/outbound calls and respond to queries over WhatsApp, messages, and emails.
• Document all customer interactions and escalate qualified leads to the Sales team

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum a year experience in administration, operations, or support roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, formulas).
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi), organisational ability, and multitasking efficiency.

Schedule -

• Day shift
• 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• 4 Week Off Days Monthly
• 2 Paid Leaves Monthly
