Operations Analyst

• Inspection Coordination: Ensure seamless inspection alignment across 10 cities with timely execution.
• Coordination: with Lead Owners forscheduling, updates, and operational sync.c.
• Coordination: with Lead Owners form scheduling, updates, and operational sync.
• Roster Management: Create and manage inspector rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Inspection Scheduling: Maintain and monitor the inspection scheduler for accurate tracking.
• Daily Reporting: Keep reports updated with daily scheduled and completed inspections.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must you'll be the ops bridge between teams!
• Availability:6-day workweek. Should be available for all operational calls as needed.

Requirements:-

• 1 to 5 Years of experience in hub/warehouse operations
• Team handling experience mandatory
• Graduation degree
• Ability to think creatively about business problems & come with solutions
• Thrive in high pressure environment
• Kannada mandatory.
