Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decisions
Assist in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
Support resource planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting
Ensure compliance with internal standards and operational policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Prior experience in operations, analytics, or business support is a plus
Legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
