Driven To Deliver (What You'll Do)
- Participate actively in Agile development lifecycle.
- Work with Product and Engineering departments to understand and translate complex, technical information into appropriate testing documentation and processes using industry standard best practices.
- Implement test cases in TestRail and verify fixes through regression testing individually.
- Work with development and support leads to identify all testing needs, manual and automated, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for product and project scopes.
- Work directly with the QA lead and development team to form a solid understanding of technical side for each project.
- Oversee the drafting of testing documents in TestRail.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures.
- Ensure the successful deployment of products into the market into executable test cases/strategies.
- Respond to requests from the management, Development, and Product team.
Equipped To Excel (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of QA experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in Agile.
- Strong Test Rail test case tool knowledge.
- Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with API Testing tool.
- Knowledge of bug tracking process and familiar with a project management tool and a bug tracking tool Jira.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
- Proven to properly following established testing procedures.

- Experience handling multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- A positive attitude that approaches tasks/projects from a hands-on, roll up your sleeves frame of mind.
- Ability to quickly learn an array of computer software and systems.Self-Sufficient and proactive nature, able & comfortable "figuring things out", resorting to escalation only when after exhausting all other options
- Strong sense of urgency required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear & concise manner across all levels and functions
