Work as a QA champion of a team responsible for developing a large-scale, highly available and fault-tolerant SaaS based CRM solution in the Heavy Equipment Dealer space in accordance with established processes.Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following.You will be expected to:
- Design, build, and deliver test systems that start with AI—using tools like Gemini, CoPilot, BedRock, Applitools, Mabl, or custom scripts.
- Implement self-healing test automation, intelligent test prioritization, and visual validation using AI-driven solutions.
- Develop utilities and bots that accelerate test creation, data setup, and documentation.
- Use AI to analyze product behavior, test results, and production data to uncover risks and reduce bug leakage.
- Embed automation and AI intelligence into our CI/CD pipeline.
- Optimize existing test processes for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into existing QA workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
- Enhance our testing efficiency and product reliability by increasing test coverage, building and maintaining comprehensive test suites, and developing a robust automation system encompassing Web, Mobile, and API functionalities.
- Demonstrate the capacity to ascertain project testing requirements and formulate and execute comprehensive testing procedures to ensure all facets of quality assurance are addressed.
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge of the application and utilize this knowledge to detect defects and enhance test coverage.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a scrum team to test user stories developed within the sprint.
Requirements
Key technical expertise areas expected for this role:
- Passionate about product quality with 2+ years testing web and mobile apps in cloud or on-premise environments.
- Proven ability to use AI tools to solve engineering problems (e.g., used Gemini or Copilot to write/optimize test scripts; leveraged platforms like Testim, Applitools, or Mabl in real workflows).
- Automation experience using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Skilled in writing deterministic automation scenarios, backed by scripting/programming experience, including Java and applying coding best practices and design patterns.
- Has a strong background in functional testing, encompassing integration, regression, data migration, and integrity testing procedures.
- Possesses an understanding of the structure and utilization of RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with incorporating automation into CI/CD pipeline(s) is a desirable qualification.
- Fast learner and AI-curious: you’re already trying new tools and improving your workflow.
- Proven ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting, coupled with self-directed task management demonstrating ownership and accountability, and effective time balancing across testing, automation, and sprint support.
- Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, or comparable experience.

- ISTQB or similar certifications
- REST API Automation Experience
- Performance Testing Experience using JMeter
- Manual & Automation Testing Experience on iOS & Android apps
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experience in security testing and tools.
