As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by delivering new features and improved functionality with quality. About The Role The Quality Assurance Engineer will develop, modify, and execute software test plans, manual test cases, automated scripts and programs for testing. They debug software products through the use of systematic tests to apply and maintain quality standards for Workday's products. As our QA Lead, you will drive testing excellence across multiple digital projects and platforms (Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, headless, mobile, custom stacks, etc.). You will lead a small team of manual testers and progressively introduce automation, AI-led tools, and process improvements to ensure flawless delivery while co-owning client outcomes with the function Group Heads. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the test strategy for all client projects – websites, apps, kiosks, microsites, and interactive tools. Lead and mentor 3–4 junior quality analysts; standardise test planning, execution, and reporting. Lead and mentor 3 – 4 content updates/ upload team members to learn CMS platforms and ensure quality delivery Design and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) for core workflows, forms, and regressions.
