Python Full Stack Developer

About The Opportunity

Industry: Recruitment & HR services supporting technology and product-engineering clients. Sector: Enterprise web and SaaS application delivery for B2B customers. We are hiring an on-site Python Full Stack Engineer in India to design, build, and operate customer-facing web applications and internal tools that deliver measurable business impact.

Primary Title:

Python Full Stack EngineerRole & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular), delivering responsive, accessible UIs.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs, database schemas (Postgres/MySQL) and integrate third-party services and auth (OAuth/JWT).
• Author automated tests, maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize services with Docker, and support repeatable deployments and rollbacks.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimise performance and resource usage, and instrument applications for logging and observability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product managers, designers and QA to deliver high-quality increments.
• Drive technical decisions, document architecture, and mentor junior engineers to raise team engineering standards.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years building full-stack applications with Python (Django or Flask) and a modern JS framework (React or Angular).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and state management (Redux/Vuex or equivalent).
• Practical experience with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs, implementing authentication/authorization, and integrating external services.
• Hands-on with Docker, Git-based workflows and CI/CD tooling; experience writing unit/integration tests (PyTest, Jest, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging skills and clear communication for an on-site, collaborative environment.
  

Preferred

• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and familiarity with Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, performance tuning and scalable architecture patterns.
• Previous exposure to client-facing or delivery-focused roles in Agile/Scrum teams.
