Position: Purchase Manager
Location: Saoner, Maharashtra
Preference: Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Saoner only

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities and vendor relations for our operations in Saoner. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of procurement processes, and prior experience handling purchases for plant/site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute procurement strategies for timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services✅ Vendor development, evaluation, and maintaining long-term supplier relationships✅ Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality and timelines✅ Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data✅ Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory levels✅ Handle purchase orders, contracts, and follow-ups for delivery✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience as Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills✔ Knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions in/around Saoner preferred✔ Good communication and analytical skills✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines✔ Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
