Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Staff member located in Saoner. The Field Staff will be responsible for conducting field visits, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems. Daily tasks include delivering excellent customer service, collecting data, and providing training to customers. The role also involves analyzing information and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
