Liaise with banks for export/import-related payments, LC (Letter of Credit), and documentation under FEMA & RBI guidelines. Monitor duty drawback, MEIS/RODTEP claims, and other export incentives. Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory norms, and international trade practices. Support management with cost optimization in logistics and freight negotiations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / International Business / Supply Chain / related field. 2–5 years of experience in export-import operations. Strong knowledge of customs procedures, EXIM policy, DGFT, shipping, and logistics. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and online portals (ICEGATE, DGFT portal, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in Export-Import Management.
