Job Title: Exim Executive Location: Nagpur Job Type: Full-time Experience : 4-5 Yr Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Exim Executive to manage and oversee export-import documentation, logistics, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of EXIM policies, customs clearance, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete documentation for exports and imports including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc. Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent), freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines for smooth clearance of goods. Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, EXIM policy, and other statutory requirements. Apply and manage licenses such as EPCG, Advance Authorization, and LUT (Letter of Undertaking). Track shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of imports and exports for audit and MIS reporting. Liaise with banks for export/import-related payments, LC (Letter of Credit), and documentation under FEMA & RBI guidelines. Monitor duty drawback, MEIS/RODTEP claims, and other export incentives. Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory norms, and international trade practices. Support management with cost optimization in logistics and freight negotiations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / International Business / Supply Chain / related field. 2–5 years of experience in export-import operations. Strong knowledge of customs procedures, EXIM policy, DGFT, shipping, and logistics. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and online portals (ICEGATE, DGFT portal, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in Export-Import Management. Experience in dealing with international clients and vendors.
