Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager based in Jaipur. The Purchase Manager will oversee procurement activities, identify quality suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities will also include maintaining inventory levels, adhering to budget guidelines, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals. The candidate will analyze market trends and sourcing options to make data-driven purchasing decisions while building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Procurement and Negotiation skills along with vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management processes.
• Analytical skills for Market Research, Cost Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
• Excellent Organizational and Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers effectively.
• Knowledge of contract management, budget planning, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools like ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a procurement or purchasing role, particularly in product sourcing, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
