Job Description

Job Title: Purchase ExecutiveExperience Required: Minimum 1 year in Purchase / Procurement Industry: (Manufacturing / Retail / Packaging / As Applicable) Job SummaryWe are looking for a Purchase Executive who will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating prices, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring smooth procurement operations as per company requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle purchase activities including vendor selection, price negotiation & material procurement Maintain good relationships with suppliers and develop new vendor sources Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production / project requirement Prepare Purchase Orders, GRN, and maintain accurate purchase records Coordinate with store, accounts, and production teams for stock availability Track material inventory and manage reorder levels Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and supply timeline Handle billing follow-ups, quotations, and documentation work Assist in cost saving initiatives through effective procurement strategies Required SkillsGood knowledge of purchase process & market sourcing Basic understanding of ERP / Tally / SAP (preferred) Strong negotiation & communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting Analytical and vendor management skills Ability to work under deadlines and multitask Diploma or Mechanical is also preferred SalaryAs per industry standards (Discussed during interview)
