Job Description

Financial Record-Keeping: Record and maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly coded.  Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices, sales invoices, and payments, verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payments.  Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tracking, processing, and reconciling vendor statements.  Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure balances match and identify any discrepancies. Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks, including filing, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining organized financial records.  Compliance: Ensure all financial data is recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Education: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Tally software is essential.
