Purchase Executive
Location: Rohad, Bahadurgarh
Responsibilities:
Generate purchase orders
Planning scheduling & delivery follow-up for minimum inventory level items-related to manufacturing process.
Submission of MRN (Material receipt note) in accounts after verification by purchase team.
Maintain updated records of the dept., receive indents from the user of concern dept & maintain records of the same, check stock availability getting quotations.
Preparing cost comparative sheets as per requirement.
Floating enquiry to vendors for cost of materials.
Maintains purchasing documents, files, and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
Experience & Qualification:
Experience from any Manufacturing Unit will be preferred
Graduation/ Postgraduate / B-Tech is Mandatory or Equivalent is preferred
Proven working experience and knowledge in all purchase functions, ISO Systems, and databases with complete record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
