Job Title: Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager Department: Procurement  Reports To: Head of Procurement  Industry:- electronics appliances goods  Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager to manage our procurement activities, ensure timely sourcing of quality products/services, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain optimal inventory levels. The role demands strong vendor management skills, cost control acumen, and a proactive approach to ensuring uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Sourcing Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery time, and reliability. Source materials, equipment, and services according to company requirements. Maintain updated supplier and product databases. Negotiation & Contract Management Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost efficiency. Prepare and manage purchase orders and agreements in compliance with company policies. Inventory & Cost Control Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse for replenishment. Ensure procurement aligns with budgetary guidelines and cost-saving targets. Vendor Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers. Resolve disputes or quality issues promptly. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all purchases meet legal and company compliance standards. Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and payment tracking. Market Research & Analysis Stay updated with market trends, new products, and pricing strategies. Evaluate alternatives for cost savings without compromising quality. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree . Proven experience (2–7 years) in procurement, preferably in a similar industry. Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP procurement modules. Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
