Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors and service providers.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations, shipment, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams for replenishment.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays or stockouts.
Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance assessments.
Research and analyze market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
Collaborate with finance for vendor payments and budget management.
Assist in preparing periodic reports on procurement metrics, costs, and supplier performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
