Field Recruiter(Male)

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Field Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for frontline or field-based roles across various locations. This role requires frequent travel, community engagement, and strong relationship-building skills.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for field positions.
• Source candidates through job fairs, community events, social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and attend hiring events, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or field hiring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
