We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive who can manage the end-to-end
procurement process while effectively coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely,
cost-effective, and quality-driven purchasing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling RFQs, purchase orders, vendor negotiations, inventory
control, logistics coordination, and invoicing, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring
compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and follow up on RFQs with suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
Process purchase orders based on project requirements. Follow up on purchase orders, including
monitoring delivery dates.
Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Ensure a correct goods receipt process.
Maintain quality control of incoming materials and outgoing products.
Resolve quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
Handling Invoicing & maintain accurate Inventory levels
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery and uninterrupted parts supply to customers.
