Project Planning & Scheduling Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules for road and highway construction activities. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure project plans are feasible and aligned with technical and contractual requirements. Help in identifying project risks and preparing mitigation plans. 2. Project Coordination Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement, QS, site execution) to ensure smooth flow of information and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities for approvals, technical queries, and site instructions. Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain updated project documentation. 3. Project Monitoring & Reporting Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned schedules. Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and deviation reports to management. Monitor work execution, resource utilization, and highlight delays or bottlenecks promptly. 4.
