Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify receipts, and ensure timely payments to vendors. Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices, monitor customer payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts. Reconciliation: Assist in monthly reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Prepare reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in accounting software and databases, ensuring data integrity. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address financial inquiries and resolve issues. Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably as an Accounts Coordinator or similar position. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, BUSY) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Work Environment:Office setting with a collaborative team atmosphere. Full-time position with standard business hours; overtime may be required during peak periods. Opportunities for Growth:Potential for advancement within the finance department, including roles such as Accounts Manager or Financial Analyst.
