Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording all purchase and sales transactions in Tally, handling vendor payments, managing bank-related activities, and assisting with tax-related compliance such as TDS. The candidate should also actively follow up on payments and support general financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Record purchase and sales entries in Tally ERP software accurately and timely. Prepare and maintain the vendor payment list and ensure payments are processed as per schedule. Perform bank-related tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, bank reconciliations, and documentation. Manage TDS deductions, filing, and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups for payments with customers and internal departments. Assist in maintaining proper records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field. 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel. Good understanding of TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
