Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in accounting, taxation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial statement preparation for clients. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Review and implement internal financial controls for clients. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings are completed accurately and on time. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulatory compliance, and accounting standards (IND AS, and IGAAP). Handle tax audits, statutory audit support, and financial due diligence. Client Management & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients on financial and compliance matters. Provide guidance on business structuring, tax planning, and cost optimization. Review/Assist in the implementation of ERP/accounting software/support applications. Support in MIS reporting, and management dashboards. Process Improvement & Team Coordination: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize accounting processes. Ensure compliance with best practices and data confidentiality standards. Mentor and guide junior accountants and finance team members.
Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant – Accounts & GST Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in accounting principles, GST compliance, and financial reporting, and will play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization and its clients. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) Manage input tax credit (ITC) reconciliations and resolve GST mismatches Liaise with clients for monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other statutory reports Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliations Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and support. Maintain compliance with all statutory tax and accounting regulations Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and GST compliance Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, especially GST Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Preferred Attributes Familiarity with GST, e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill systems Exposure to TDS, income tax, and ROC filings Experience in a similar industry or environment will be a plus
