Retail Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations of our electronics retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales growth, managing inventory, training staff, and maintaining high operational standards in line with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Monitor and manage inventory levels, product display, and stock rotation. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively. Execute merchandising strategies and promotions to maximize product visibility and sales. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance. Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff; plan schedules and manage performance. Ensure the store meets visual and operational standards, including cleanliness, organization, and safety. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for in-store campaigns and stock availability. Handle store budgeting, expense control, and daily cash reconciliation. Maintain knowledge of new products, trends, and technologies in the electronics industry.
