Accountant/ Accounts Executive

location Vasai And Charni Road Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Required (for Accounting with Tally Prime): • Strong command over VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIF / SUMIFS, and COUNTIF / COUNTIFS • Ability to prepare and analyze Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts for MIS reporting • Skilled in data cleaning and formatting (Text-to-Columns, Remove Duplicates, Validation, Conditional Formatting) • Knowledge of IF, AND, OR, IFS, and date functions (TODAY, EOMONTH, DATEDIF) • Can link multiple sheets and consolidate data for monthly or branch-wise reports • Ability to create management summaries & dashboards from Tally exports • Uses Excel for reconciliation and accuracy checks (GST, ledgers, bank, vendor/customer) Tally Prime Skills & Knowledge Required (Manufacturing Business): • Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime & Tally ERP 9 — daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger management • Ability to handle Sales, Purchase, Journal, Contra, and Payment entries accurately • Experience in Inventory Management — stock entries, production vouchers, raw material consumption, and finished goods tracking • Knowledge of Cost Centers / Cost Categories for department or product-wise expense tracking • Proficient in GST, TDS, TCS setup & filing, including reconciliation with returns • Experience with e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill generation through Tally Prime • Capable of preparing and exporting GST, Party Ledgers, Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet reports • Ability to link Tally data with Excel for MIS reports and management summaries • Familiar with Bank Reconciliation, Vendor/Customer Account Reconciliation, and Aging Reports • Should know how to perform Year-End closing, Backup, and Data Management in Tally Prime ✅ Optional (Preferred Skills): Knowledge of Tally ODBC or Excel import/export features Experience handling job work entries, material in/out registers, or subcontracting modules Ability to coordinate with auditors and external accountants for data review
