We’re now looking for a hands-on, emotionally intelligent, and Instagram-first content creator + community intern to help bring our story to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Plan, design, and publish high-quality Instagram content (reels, carousels, quotes, stories, polls). Collaborate on content ideas based on our themes: emotions, unsaid words, self-reflection, and human-first AI. Handle basic design (Canva or similar) and work with the founder on voice, visuals, and storytelling. Schedule posts and manage engagement (DMs, replies, story responses). Support On Secondary Platforms Repurpose Instagram content to LinkedIn (founder & brand) Create broadcast-style content for WhatsApp Help with monthly email campaigns to early users Must-Have Skills (No Exceptions) - Please do not apply if these are missing. Instagram-first mindset - experience running a page (personal or client); share samples/links. Strong content writing skills, captions that connect, not just inform. Confident in Canva or basic design tools for stories, carousels, reels (you can be taught motion, but layout must be clean). Understanding of what makes Instagram content perform trends, virality, and storytelling. Emotionally aware tone, our content is not meme-based; it’s human, vulnerable, and relatable. Willing to work 1–2 days/week in the office and stay in sync with the founder.
