Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will guide prospective and current students in their educational journey, offering advice and support for certification programs. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, providing academic and career advice, addressing student queries, and facilitating their enrollment processes. The counselor will also collaborate with faculty to improve the overall student experience and develop personalized educational pathways. Qualifications Proven expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide and support learners Strong Communication skills to interact with students, faculty, and other stakeholders effectively Experience in Academic Advising and Education to assist students in selecting appropriate academic and certification programs Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build trust and address student concerns Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in an academic or training environment is an advantage Ability to work collaboratively and deliver student-centric solutions Freshers can apply
