• We are inviting applications strictly from postgraduates in M A Sociology or M A Political Science

• This is a core research and thinking role working directly with senior leadership at HireDesigners

• The role requires strong spoken and written English, clarity of thought, and comfort with reading, analysis, and synthesis

• You will assist in research, note making, summarisation, and structuring complex information into clear narratives

• You will participate in discussions and convert conversations, observations, and readings into structured written output

• You may interact with internal teams or external stakeholders and articulate ideas clearly in English

• This is not a marketing, sales, or social media role

Eligibility and filters

• Only MA Sociology or MA Political Science

• MBA, and MA Psychology, will not be considered for this post.

• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory

Selection process

• Shortlisted candidates will complete a short research and writing task followed by interview.
