Job Description

As an expert in GTM execution and comfortable with enterprise complexity, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end Go-to-Market execution for IDfy's enterprise propositions. This will involve turning strategy into action, action into pipeline, and pipeline into adoption. Your role will be deeply hands-on, encompassing campaigns, workflows, events, follow-ups, CRM mastery, and stakeholder alignment, all of which you will handle with precision and speed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute full-funnel GTM campaigns across target enterprise segments from planning to outreach to reporting. - Build, optimize, and maintain lead workflows to ensure zero drop-offs between campaigns and Sales. - Drive pipeline activities such as prospecting, event engagement, lead capture, list building, nurturing, and follow-ups. - Utilize HubSpot (or Salesforce/Salesloft/Outreach) to run campaigns, track performance, manage data, and report on pipeline/adoption metrics. - Attend industry events to generate high-quality pipeline, capture leads, support demos, run on-ground enablement, and ensure post-event conversions. - Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to refine messaging, improve targeting, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns. - Support Sales Enablement with necessary content, decks, demos, and collateral for active cycles. - Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to ensure continuous pipeline creation. - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning insights into optimizations. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in executing GTM plans that drive tangible results in B2B enterprise environments with complex sales cycles. - Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, for building workflows, tracking data, and measuring impact. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, prospects, partners, and sales teams. - Ability to comprehend complex enterprise solutions and articulate their value clearly. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly between Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and external stakeholders. - Strong belief in the importance of follow-ups, clean data, and well-run workflows for impactful outcomes. **Additional Company Details:** IDfy offers you the opportunity to shape GTM execution for enterprise propositions that facilitate verification, trust, and onboarding at scale for prominent names in BFSI, Fintech, Gig, and more.
