The Commercial Excellence Senior Analyst role focuses on leveraging data to provide commercial insights that support effective decision-making for the India business. By utilizing business knowledge and cutting-edge analytics tools, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining sales reporting and analysis to drive business performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance against sales targets, and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for sales performance, pipeline analysis, and sales forecasting. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. - Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance information delivery, data capture, and business processes through technical solutions that automate manual processes and drive efficiencies. - GTM Execution: Utilize data analytics to inform the India GTM plan and support its execution through customer segmentation, account buying potential analysis, coverage model design, sales target allocation, territory design, and ongoing sales performance management. - Master Data Management (MDM): Oversee the Customer Master Database for India, ensuring high data quality, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining robust data governance through ongoing monitoring and cleanup. - Sales Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. - Collaboration: Engage closely with global and regional Commercial Excellence stakeholders, as well as the India Commercial and BU teams, to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.
