We're Hiring: Electrical & Automation Proposal Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead proposal development and cost estimation for EPC industrial automation projects. This role demands strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of electrical and control systems across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project proposals by reviewing contractual documents and collaborating with technical teams.
Coordinate with design and engineering departments to deliver client-specific, cost-effective solutions.
Manage financial components including payment terms (BG, ABG, PBG) and cost verification.
Lead the complete bidding process: RFP, RFQ, and online bidding platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in managing turnkey projects involving Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems (PLCs, DCS, VFDs).
Strong command of Proposal Writing, Bid Management, and Cost Estimation.
In-depth knowledge of Electrical Panels, Control Panels, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Metals, and Chemicals.
Ability to articulate technical value and navigate complex engineering requirements.
Must have experience in people management.
