Job Description

As a Proposal Manager at QUA, you will play a crucial role in the Business Development department. Your qualifications should include a Diploma or BE in Chemical/Mechanical, along with 8 to 12 years of experience in proposal making for membrane-based products used in water and wastewater treatment systems. **Role Overview:** - Manage the day-to-day activities of application engineers to ensure product offers are prepared with optimized configurations and strong competitiveness. - Understand customer requirements and define clear offer strategies to guide application engineers. - Lead application engineers through process calculations and proposal development to ensure optimal equipment design and sizing. - Oversee cost estimation activities to ensure accurate and competitive proposals. - Support Sales Managers by advising on and preparing technical presentations for QUA's products and services. - Drive standardization of offer formats and P&IDs across all products. - Develop and maintain operating cost templates for the complete product portfolio. - Supervise the project execution team in compiling and releasing project handover (turnover) documents. **Key Responsibilities:** - Business development in the commercial and residential segments.
