Lead the application engineering process, including concept development, feasibility studies, proof-of-concept simulations, and initial product tests with SolidWorks and AutoCAD hands on experience must . Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define technical specifications and performance parameters. Solution Design & Innovation. Drive continuous innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in robotics automation for different industry segment. Collaborate with Sales team to evaluate customer requirement and recommend optimal robotic automation solution . - Skills Lead the cross-function engineering team for General industry Applications. Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support the professional development of team members. Serve as the primary technical contact during the proposal phase, presenting solutions to customers, partners, and senior leadership. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing technical inquiries and resolving escalations effectively. Quality & Compliance ,Ensure that all proposals, concepts, and deliverables adhere to industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and organizational quality requirements. Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost-effective engineering solutions
