Site Approvals & Sales: Work towards site approval of admixtures for project sites, industries, and developers/builders by engaging with site consultants, ensuring timely completion of sales for suitable admixtures. Precast Segment Business Development: Generate new business in the Precast segment, including industries like paver block, fly ash brick, and AAC block manufacturing. Project Approvals: Establish connections with PWD, CPWD, MES, and local consultants/engineers to secure approvals for admixtures in major projects. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the construction, admixture, or chemicals industry. Strong understanding of concrete technologies and admixture applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the admixture sector. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
