We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Technical Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time, and aligning deliverables with business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background (preferably in MERN stack or related technologies) who has strong organizational and leadership skills and aspires to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring technical projects across the development lifecycle.
2. Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
3. Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report project status to senior management.
4. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
5. Support resource allocation and workload management for project teams.
6. Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
7. Facilitate team meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on deliverables.
9. Assist in creating and maintaining project roadmaps, dashboards, and reports.
10. Encourage collaboration and problem-solving within the team to achieve project goals.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or technical project management.
• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or other modern development technologies.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Certification in project management (CAPM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a developer (full-stack or front-end/back-end).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of UX/UI concepts and collaboration with design teams.
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
• Exposure to client communication and handling external stakeholders.

Education Required

• Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.
• PG: M.Tech, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization.
