Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, along with compelling visual content for branding, marketing, and communication materials. You should be passionate about aesthetics, usability, and design innovation. Key Roles & Responsibilities: UI/UX Design Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups based on requirements. Design responsive, intuitive, and attractive UI for web and mobile apps. Conduct user research and testing to optimize user experience. Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency during implementation. Maintain design systems, components, and visual style guides. Graphic Design Develop graphics and visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations. Design marketing collaterals like brochures, banners, flyers, posters, and email templates. Enhance brand identity through consistent and creative visual assets. Support branding needs like logo design, brand color schemes, and typography. Create and edit visual assets using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Required Skills: UI/UX Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision. Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (optional but a plus). Ability to conduct usability testing and interpret feedback. Graphic Design Skills: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Creative thinking with attention to detail and visual consistency. Experience with Canva and similar tools for quick content design. Knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
