Job Description

As a UI/UX and Graphic Designer in our team, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your collaborative efforts with developers, product managers, and other designers will result in visually appealing and functional designs that enhance user experience. - Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to make informed design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. - Develop visually appealing UI designs in alignment with brand guidelines to optimize usability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation of designs. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience. - Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices for continuous enhancement of design quality. - Maintain design consistency across various platforms and devices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility. - Experience in creating responsive and mobile-first designs. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. - A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
