Key Responsibilities: - Design graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials - Collaborate with the team to understand design requirements and target audience - Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand style and messaging - Incorporate feedback constructively to enhance the quality of work - Stay updated on new design trends and AI-based design tools - Simplify intricate concepts into visually engaging graphics Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer - Possession of a professional portfolio showcasing your best work - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator - Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar - Good grasp of fonts, colors, layout, and visual storytelling - Positive attitude, receptiveness to feedback, and effective communication skills Additional Company Details: TechXR Innovations is a fast-paced environment where we value creativity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
