UI/UX and Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create visually appealing and functional designs that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, analyze user behaviour, and gather insights to improve design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop visually appealing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience in creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,543.76 - ₹50,214.18 per month
