Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Executive Location: Remote / Field-Based Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and self-driven commission-based Sales Executives to promote and sell our products/services. This role is purely performance-based, offering high-income potential through attractive commissions. Ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible work hours and are confident in their selling abilities. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into paying customers. Pitch products/services to potential clients through calls, meetings, or digital channels. Maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular updates and sales reports to the management. Work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation: Commission only – Earnings are directly tied to performance. Per sales commission will be 25k. Qualifications: Previous sales experience (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Ability to work on a flexible schedule. Smartphone, internet access, and basic digital literacy.
