About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Customer Success Team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC). The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations, driving customer success, and ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while aligning business processes with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery :
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project governance, structure, and reporting mechanisms while driving project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and assign resources effectively.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, document business processes, and identify functional/technical gaps.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on business process optimization and ERP best practices.

Technical & Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with technical consultants to design, configure, and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure smooth data migration, validation, and reconciliation between legacy systems and Dynamics NAV/BC.
  • Monitor integrations with connected applications (CRM, Power Platform, Azure services, etc.).

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify risks proactively, develop mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall as applicable).
  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and impact analysis while maintaining project health.

Team Management & Development

  • Mentor and guide functional/technical consultants within the team to enhance delivery capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all project documentation, user training, and knowledge transfers are completed effectively.

Required Skillset

  • Experience : 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics applications with at least 5 successful end-to-end implementation cycles.
  • Functional Expertise : Strong knowledge in one or more core ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) with cross-module exposure.
  • Business Acumen : Ability to understand, document, and optimize business processes from a client perspective.
  • Implementation Expertise : Proven experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, UAT management, and data migration.
  • Project Management : Strong command of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), resource planning, and risk management.
  • Technical Coordination : Ability to work closely with developers, architects, and integration specialists.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and stakeholder reporting.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
