Overview
The Project Manager (Contractor) will support the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of a SaaS based iGaming platform. This role requires strong coordination, technical understanding, and end to end ownership of campaign delivery, integrations, QA processes, and cross team alignment. The ideal contractor is structured, analytical, and proactive in preventing issues before they impact users.
Key Responsibilities
Task Analysis and Planning
- Understand scope, technical requirements, and business impact.
- Evaluate complexity, dependencies, and resources to support realistic prioritization.
Test Planning and Prioritization
- Plan testing activities based on priority and launch timelines.
- Allocate QA efforts with prior General Manager approval for resource changes.
Campaign and Feature Delivery
- Support timely delivery of landing pages, promotions, coupons, tracking links, and related assets.
- Ensure readiness for urgent and seasonal campaigns without platform disruption.
Bonus, Wallet, and Offers Support
- Coordinate stable implementation of bonus systems including match deposits, freeplay, free spins, multi wallet rules, wagering, and expirations.
- Maintain clear visibility for Operations on user activity and redemptions.
Platform and Provider Integrations
- Maintain stable integrations with slot providers and external sweepstakes systems.
- Prevent balance synchronization issues, stuck funds, and unclear logs.
Acquisition and Tracking Stability
- Validate UTM accuracy, tracking events, and anti fraud protections.
- Ensure landing pages remain fast, responsive, and conversion focused.
Quality Assurance and Defect Control
- Test functionality, interface, and performance prior to release.
- Log defects with reproducible steps and severity tags.
- Confirm fixes and complete retesting before deployment.
QA Framework Ownership
- Maintain and update test cases for recurring campaigns and core features.
- Execute regression checks before major releases and events.
- Validate coupon logic, wallet rules, payout triggers, and system stability.
UX and User Journey Support
- Coordinate improvements in onboarding, verification, first deposit, and bonus claiming.
- Support enhancements that reduce friction and improve retention.
Operations Technical Support
- Provide accessible logs and reduce dependency on developers for routine checks.
- Resolve incidents promptly to minimize operational downtime.
Cross Team Alignment
- Participate in regular syncs with Marketing, Operations, and SMM teams.
- Align development roadmap with campaign, product, and acquisition priorities.
Incident Response
- Support live issues during campaigns such as coupon failures or integration breakdowns.
- Escalate promptly and maintain clear communication throughout resolution.
Documentation and Release Notes
- Prepare release notes outlining changes, risks, and known issues.
- Maintain up to date documentation for bonus logic, platform flows, and integrations.
Data Accuracy Support
- Verify tracking parameters, conversion and provider logs, coupon outcomes, and transaction accuracy.
- Support analytics teams with reliable data inputs.
Task and Progress Reporting
- Maintain accurate Jira updates and transparent status reporting.
- Provide timely information for internal decision making.
Quality and Workflow Improvement
- Review work for completeness and overall logic before approval.
- Recommend improvements that strengthen QA discipline and release reliability.
QA Ownership During Events and Payout Cycles
- Act as QA lead during high traffic periods and payout cycles.
- Validate credits, coupons, wallet movements, and settlement accuracy in real time.
- Monitor tracking events, concurrency, leaderboard behavior, and time sensitive rewards.
- Document issues and outcomes to support post event reviews.
Requirements
Experience and Background- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or Product Operations within SaaS, gaming, or related digital platforms.
- Proven experience with QA processes, release cycles, and defect management.
- Strong understanding of bonus systems, wallets, user flows, and campaign delivery in gaming or eCommerce environments.
Technical Skills- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, provider systems, and platform logging tools.
- Experience with Jira or similar task tracking systems.
- Understanding of tracking systems, UTMs, events, and anti fraud controls.
- Ability to read logs, identify inconsistencies, and support troubleshooting.
Soft Skills- Strong organization and prioritization capabilities.
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work under time sensitive conditions and handle live incidents professionally.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
