JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the JSIPL RISE Project State and National Team, including the State Program Manager (SPM) in each state, the Project Officers (POs) at the respective state headquarters or regional level will support the programmatic, technical, and operational implementation of the RISE project across the districts in their assigned states. S/he shall support the SPM in planning and implementing RISE interventions, organizing trainings, monitoring activities, managing data, collaborating with officials, ensuring system functionality, reporting progress, and assisting with immunization activities as required. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Qualification: (1) Applicants must have post graduate degree in Public Health, Social Work, Health Management/ Administration or equivalent; (2) Applicants with BAMS, BHMS, BDS, or equivalent bachelor's degrees will also be considered. Experience: (1) Minimum three to five years of progressive work experience in the field of Public Health, especially under Immunization domain; (2) Experience of working with the Govt. in collecting, evaluating, analyzing and interpreting routine immunization or other relevant program data (e.g.; RMNCH/FP/IDSP) will be considered an advantage. Skills and Competencies: (1) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
